The pool was a very nice addition. On those hot afternoons it was so refreshing to hang out by the pool and cool off in the water. 

Maria and Bernardino, property attendants, were awesome. The kept the inside and outside of the property well maintained and very clean. They also cooked us a homemade dish of fajitas that were simply delish. We felt safe at the property as it is behind a closed and locked gate. Nick was always available if something came up. The property manager, Rhett, was always right there as well.

We all enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa. It was our home away from home.

Exceeds all expectations!!! The pictures do not do it justice, the house, the beach, pool, everything is just perfect. Bring water shoes and snorkels!! Snorkeling is amazing, we saw sting rays and tons of fish!! A 3 min walk down the road is a cenote, you can snorkel, paddle board, kayak through the whole thing or dive! It’s like $7-8 bucks to get in. Pedro’s massage, the brochures are in the house, they came right to the house and did 90min massages outside for $85 they were amazing!!! Maria and Bernardino are the best!! Definitely have them do dinner for you one night it was spectacular!! Nick was great to communicate with and connected us with all the right people to get our questions answered and also great referrals for things like excursions and rental cars. All beds were comfortable, great pressure in all showers, drinkable water supplied so you don’t need to buy bottled water, kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be back!!!

This was our second trip to Casa Rosa. We absolutely love the house, and especially Maria and Bernadino. We took advantage of their lovely cooking and both of them made us feel right at home. There is construction going on next door, which is typical for Tulum since it’s growing so much. It didn’t really bother us because we were out and about every day.

Wonderfully located, road access privately secured. You get a great house, a pool, coconut trees with hammocks, a beach, kayaking, snorkeling, house cleaning, private chiefs, 5-10 min walks to northern restaurants and cenoté bars. This is hands down one of the best beach houses I’ve ever vacationed at. Now that I have a kid, this is just my speed. Thanks to Nick, Bernardino & Maria!

A little piece of paradise, Casa Rosa encapsulated everything we were looking for in a home away from home. Not only was the residence stocked necessary amenities, the coastline and beach were absolutely gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool, relaxing on the sand, and hanging about in the two perfectly placed hammocks on the beach. Nick is a great host. Not only he was very commutative and responsive, he was detailed oriented and thoughtful. Service was also immaculate with Maria and Bernadino providing delicious meals as well as a spotless cleaning. If you decide to stay we definitely recommend taking some time to enjoy the countless stars and the beautiful sunrise from the rooftop couches.

Casa Rosa is everything you can expect from an accommodation in Tulum. It is close to Tulum and the hotel zone but far enough away to completely relax. It is also equipped with everything you need so that your stay is just to enjoy. Bernardino and Maria, who take care of all the details, took care of us in the best way. The same for the managers. The place is heavenly, the beach is clean, without sargassum. There is a reef to visit a few meters off the beach to go with the kayaks. There is a cenote by the sea that is a 5 minutes walk along the beach. All the services worked perfectly. The terrace is ideal to watch the sunset. The lanai is the place par excellence with the integrated pool facing the sea. Everything is as seen in the photos. SIMPLY WONDERFUL! Thanks a lot Nick!

Casa rosa es todo lo que se puede esperar de un alojamiento en Tulum. Está cerca de a Tulum y de la zona hotelera pero lo suficientemente lejos como para relajarse completamente . Además está equipada con todo lo necesario para que la estadía sea solo disfrutar. Bernardino y Maria que se ocupan de todos los detalles nos atendieron de la mejor manera. Lo mismo los managers. El lugar es paradisiaco, la playa limpia, sin sargazo. Hay un arrecife para visitar a pocos metros frente a la playa para ir con los kayaks. Hay un cenote en el mar a 5 minutos caminando por la playa. Todos los servicios funcionaron perfectamente. La terraza es ideal para ver el atardecer. La galería es el lugar por excelencia con la pileta integrada frente al mar. Todo es como se ve en las fotos. SIMPLEMENTE MARAVILLOSO! Muchas gracias Nick!

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Rosa. It was the most memorable trip I think I’ve had. The house was perfectly located right on the beach with hardly a single person around us, just the occasional person passing by! We kept saying everyday, how lucky we were to be able to stay at this house with amazing views and hospitality.

Maria and Bernardino cooked us a lovely meal one night and we had enough left overs for a whole other meal the next day! The house is a short 5 min walk to casa cenote and a few hotel restaurants. We ate at those restaurants most days as we didn’t want to drive or have to leave our house for too long!

Nick was super attentive and emailed me all the info I could possibly need. This is a very well managed Airbnb! I would go back every year!

Casa Rosa is an absolute dream. From the moment that we booked it we knew we were in for special treat! Once we arrived, we realized that this was no ordinary Airbnb… it far exceeded our expectations! It is tucked back in a gated community which also has a security checkpoint. We felt so safe and secure.

When pulling up, we were immediately immersed into exactly the experience we were hoping for: the ocean merely steps away! The house is lovely, decorated in traditional Mexican fashion. It was extremely clean as well. The four bedrooms provided so much space for our two families with children. We never felt crammed. There is a lovely open concept on the main level allowing for an easy flow between kitchen, dining and living.

There was three sets of sliding doors on the main level which allowed incredible views of the ocean just out the back. The upper level had another King sized master suite plus a landing which accessed the exterior balcony area. There was even a third level that was completely open to the outside which allowed for a beautiful stargazing at night. Outside, the veranda has two swings and a dining space than easy access to a delightful little pool. It was just the perfect size for our kiddos!

Then going down the steps was a perfect backyard filled with sand and palm trees! The two hammocks were perfect for rocking our babies to sleep. Multiple lounge chairs allowed for us to sit anywhere… whether under the shade or right by the ocean for early morning sun rises! It’s true, the sand was not as fine in the water and there was many reefs so there wasn’t much space for swimming unless you went past the reefs a little ways. But that did not detract at all from our experience.

What really tipped this place over the edge was the service provided by Maria and Bernadino every day. We felt spoiled by Maria’s attention to detail as she cleaned inside and Bernadino‘s exterior keeping of the grounds and pool. Both were so friendly and polite and we greatly enjoyed interacting with them! Our final evening we ate their homestyle cooking which was such a treat! The flan was to die for! Nick was so easy to correspond with an extremely helpful with his tips on Covid testing, local sites as well as providing all the house information ahead of time and with great care and detail. We hope to come back as the stay here was an absolute dream!
