Casa Rosa far exceeded my expectations! It was like walking into a dream. Our group of 40’something had the most relaxing and fun time! We had everything we wanted or needed near by. And Bernardino and Maria were so great! Her cooking is AMAZING!

We saw turtle hatchlings make their way to to the ocean. And what an ocean!!! There was minimal sea weed and the water is all shades of turquoise and blues. A little rocky but there’s a section with just soft sand about a 5 min walk. And near that is another cenote that is in the ocean! We also walked to a restaurant a few times that is about a seven minute walk. And there’s a Cenote right in front of it! Simply magical!!! 

We rented a car in Cancun airport and plugged in address in gps and used homeowner’s directions as well. Super easy to get there. We are already planning our return! Can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Casa Rosa was wonderful. My husband, 2 daughters and their friends spent 6 days in this lovely Airbnb. It was wonderful having our own private beach and swimming pool and only a 10 minute drive to groceries, some shopping and amazing restaurants. I definitely wished we would have changed quite a bit of money into pesos because some restaurants charged a credit card fee. Anyway, Casa Rosa is a great location if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Our girls (17 and 13) had an amazing time. They were either in the pool, in the kayaks or in the beautiful water! We also walked to the Cenote, but had anticipated it being 75 pesos each and they charged us 150 pesos. Then the next day the girls walked down by themselves and they charged them 200 pesos, so that was a bit frustrating. But all in all, we had a perfect vacation and Casa Rosa was exactly what we needed!

This house was completely as advertised. Safe, relaxing, beautiful. Was just far enough away from downtown to feel relaxed when at the home and close enough to everything Tulum had to over. Would absolutely come again!

This was our 3rd time back to Casa Rosa, it was amazing as always! Make sure to have Maria & Bernardino cook an authentic Mexican meal, this is a must do!

The pool was a very nice addition. On those hot afternoons it was so refreshing to hang out by the pool and cool off in the water. 

Maria and Bernardino, property attendants, were awesome. The kept the inside and outside of the property well maintained and very clean. They also cooked us a homemade dish of fajitas that were simply delish. We felt safe at the property as it is behind a closed and locked gate. Nick was always available if something came up. The property manager, Rhett, was always right there as well.

We all enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa. It was our home away from home.

Exceeds all expectations!!! The pictures do not do it justice, the house, the beach, pool, everything is just perfect. Bring water shoes and snorkels!! Snorkeling is amazing, we saw sting rays and tons of fish!! A 3 min walk down the road is a cenote, you can snorkel, paddle board, kayak through the whole thing or dive! It’s like $7-8 bucks to get in. Pedro’s massage, the brochures are in the house, they came right to the house and did 90min massages outside for $85 they were amazing!!! Maria and Bernardino are the best!! Definitely have them do dinner for you one night it was spectacular!! Nick was great to communicate with and connected us with all the right people to get our questions answered and also great referrals for things like excursions and rental cars. All beds were comfortable, great pressure in all showers, drinkable water supplied so you don’t need to buy bottled water, kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely be back!!!

This was our second trip to Casa Rosa. We absolutely love the house, and especially Maria and Bernadino. We took advantage of their lovely cooking and both of them made us feel right at home. There is construction going on next door, which is typical for Tulum since it’s growing so much. It didn’t really bother us because we were out and about every day.
