Wonderfully located, road access privately secured. You get a great house, a pool, coconut trees with hammocks, a beach, kayaking, snorkeling, house cleaning, private chiefs, 5-10 min walks to northern restaurants and cenoté bars. This is hands down one of the best beach houses I’ve ever vacationed at. Now that I have a kid, this is just my speed. Thanks to Nick, Bernardino & Maria!
