Casa Rosa is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in.
It is exactly as described, the best and unforgettable feature of this home is the amazing white sand, crystal clear beach (it is your backyard) it is very very private and clean (sargasus free) no crowds at all, shallow water and we had it just for ourselves, one of the best beach fronts in the Tankah area, I recommend to bring water shoes since there are a few rocks here and there.
The pool, hammocks, kayak and water floats are amazing you can snorkel, swim and float right of the beach in front of the house the water is very shallow so it is great even for people that don’t swim. This house is squeaky clean and very well equipped in every way (kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, lanterns, etc). The daily maid service and maintenance made a great feature. Our welcome mexican beer guacamole and pico de gallo were super delicious and saved us from starving the first night ?
The house is well designed, bedrooms, bathrooms good sized lots of closet space, beds and pillows are very comfortable. We loved the location it is 15 minutes drive to the Tulum center and nearest bigger markets like Chedraui and Aki super, 10 minute drive to Tulum ruins, 10-30 mins drive to the best Cenotes and nightlife and trendy restaurants.
Perfect for families, and group of friends. One day Bernardino helped us find a couple to come and give massage to all 6 of us, in no front of the beach at a great price and quality. There is great communication from the owner and property manager. We really enjoyed and loved our 5 night stay and definitely recommend to anyone who want to enjoy a piece of heaven. We are already planning our next visit!
